All home sites are situated in a wooded location, and lots range from 6,700 to 24,000 square feet. This community is served by city water and sewer and is metered individually to each home site and is paid by the resident.
Community management will maintain the streets, sidewalks, area lighting, recreation area, weekly curbside rubbish removal and clubhouse which is all included in your home site lease.Also included in the lease is mowing lawns, driveway and sidewalk snow removal, spring and fall clean up, and mulching of landscaped areas.
